GET THE TRUTH...WE'VE DONE THE RESEARCH on air conditioners and duct cleaning!

Efficient Filtration

All models feature a patented multi-stage filtration system designed to minimize replacement filter costs and airflow restrictions and to maximize filtration efficiency and dirt holding capacity. In addition, each module features fully gasketed seams and an interlocking design to prevent filter bypass.

A cleanable/reusable first stage air conditioner filter captures larger particles and extends the life of the replaceable filters. The second stage filter is a high-efficiency deep pleated bag filter that captures more than 99% of remaining visible particles. The final stage is a true 99.97% or 99.99% HEPA air conditioner filter, manufactured to the highest standards to ensure that only ultra-clean air is exhausted back into the home or building.

Power

Abatement's exclusive "AT Gold" high-performance, backward-curved blowers and perfectly matched high efficiency motors "blow the doors off" other systems, with up to twice the vacuum power (airflow x static lift) of some systems. This provides the extra power needed to pull contaminants out of the ductwork even when filters load, and extends the useful life of the filters.

Manufactured from a high-strength aluminum alloy and then chemically anodized, these custom-engineered blowers will not fatigue and break apart over time, as can happen with molded plastic blowers. Yet with all this power, HEPA-AIRE machines start and run efficiently and safely on 115 volt electrical service.

Quality and Reliability

Hundreds of HEPA-AIRE systems are still in use after up to 10 years and 10,000 hours or more of on-the-job operation. These systems are designed and built for virtually maintenance-free operation in our state-of-the-art factory to exacting tolerances on the most advanced CAD/CAM equipment available..

Structural components and materials are over-engineered to minimize downtime and maintenance. The pull-through design protects the motor and blower from exposure to potentially damaging contaminants. Modular control panels are removable with a single plug connection for inspection. Each air conditioning system must pass a comprehensive 64-point QC inspection and testing procedure and is covered by the industry's most comprehensive warranty program.
