Hello,I am Dean and my wife Karen along with our family and friends have been running the day-to-day operations at Franks Air Conditioning since November 5, 2004. Frank and Denise have trusted us to take over the operations for them and to purchase the business from them over the next few years. We have known the Fusco's for many years and met them at Bible Baptist Church. Denise taught my children while she was a teacher at Heritage Christian School before Frank decided to get into the air conditioning business.
We have a beautiful operation here and invite everyone to come in and look at our showroom. I am very proud of Frank and what he has done here. We have continued the same pricing structure that Frank has set up on repairs. We have had to make some changes on equipment pricing because of the huge increases in equipment pricing from the manufacturers along with the 13 seer changes.
Frank and I have the same thoughts on how a service should be provided. I want a good value for my dollar. I want to be treated fairly in life. I just want to do what I say I am going to do. This is what I want for our customers also. All companies strive to be the most honest, offer the best value and be the cheapest.
I want to give you a service that is going to go out of our way to get your system running when it doesn't work. I want to return your phone call when we are suppose to and not leave you wondering what is going on. I want you to know up front how much a repair is going to cost you and give you options on what the best way to proceed is. If something goes wrong with our service I promise we will handle it quickly and fairly. These are the things that make us stand out from the rest and why we will be here for a long time.
