This is just a brief note to compliment the recent service to my air conditioning system by your service representative, Mark.
There was a loud noise, at certain speeds, coming from my blower unit in the garage. Mark, systematically, tried to identify the noise. It took several visits and various new parts but Mark never seemed agitated and never tried to leave the job half repaired.His attitude and skill represents your company well.
As a Real Estate Broker I have always recommended Franks Air COnditioning to clients new to Florida, and Frank's has always measured up to my recommendations.

I am writing to tell you how much I appreciate the compassion and help your employees gave me. My air conditioning had quit working on one of the hottest days Kissimee has had. I first called three different air conditioning shops and was told the same thing, "they couldn't look at the air conditioning until Tuesday". Today is Thursday, which meant I would be without air for five days. When I called your office and spoke to Ada Garcia, she had told me that they were too booked with calls, but would do everything she could to get someone over to take a look. Within 10 minutes she had found a technician who came out 15 minutes later and fixed it. Not only did Ada and Bo go over and above the call of duty, but they were honest and they treated me the same way they would want to be treated. That is a rare quality. I will never call any other air conditioning shop but Frank's and will definitely recommend your company to others.

I am writing to say thank you for your emergency service, and to commend your technician, Justin, on a job well done.
On June 16, I arrived home after work to discover that my air conditioning was not working, and the temperature in the house was over 80 degrees and rising. I called for the emergency service and was relieved to have my call answered by a person, and not a recorded message. The operator took my information and assured me that a technician would contact me shortly.
Justin responded to the call, and when he first came out, there were severe thunderstorms and of course he could not work under those conditions. He did come back later that night after the storms let up, and quickly made the repairs. Justin was courteous and professional. I was grateful that the work was performed that night so that the house was comfortable for myself and my two dogs, and that I would not have to take time off from work the next day to wait for repair service.
Thank you for providing such courteous and professional service at a time when it was really needed. I would definitely use your company's service again and would also gladly recommend you to a friend or neighbor.
