Dean - I really appreciated the work your employees did for me at my home. The whole purchase of the (Trane)19.5 SEER A\C system and the work that was done checking the size of the system I would need, and the install was Top Notch. Everybody involved was very professional and knowledgeable about the A\C system and the work I needed done.
I took a lot of pictures of the old system and the new installation of the new system step by step this will help me in doing my study of comparing the systems together. I will be using the work you did and the pictures to make a power-point presentation for a FMPA State Power Company Conference and the Energy Audtiors round table. I will also send a copy to Trane and to Franks. I should have the comparison of the two system completed by September this will give me the winter and summer peak KWH difference between the two systems.
